Every print is prepared and shipped with care in collaboration with our print partners Loxley Colour, one of the UK’s leading fine art print studios, so your artwork arrives safely and beautifully.
Below you’ll find how orders, delivery, and refunds are handled.

 
1. Processing Time
Each print is made to order in collaboration with Loxley Colour, one of the UK’s leading fine art print studios.
Please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipment, depending on size and edition.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your print has been sent.

If you need a rush order or have a special deadline, reach out before purchasing — I’ll always do my best to help.

 
2. Packaging
Prints are handled with archival gloves and shipped in protective materials —  flat, with sturdy backing and protective tissue.
All materials are chosen to keep your print in perfect condition from studio to your door.

 
3. Shipping
Shipping is currently only available in the UK.  For overseas orders, please contact us via email for a custom order quote tailored specifically to you.
Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen courier service.

Domestic Orders: All orders are sent using a tracked service from our Print partners Loxley Colour in the UK.


Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply in their country.

 
4. Returns & Refunds
Because each print is custom made to order, all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or issue.

A replacement or suitable resolution will be arranged as quickly as possible — your satisfaction matters deeply.

 
5. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order seems delayed, please contact me with your order number and I’ll help trace it.
Once an item is shipped, transit delays are unfortunately out of my control — but I’ll always assist in resolving any issues that arise.
